Thanksgiving

In honour of the Canadian Thanksgiving holiday, here is a list of things that I’m thankful for in Tamale.  In no particular order:

• Fantastic coworkers who make it tons of fun to work for Amplify
• Frequent internet access
• Pineapples
• The super fun expat community
• Ceiling fans
• My host-family (even if they’re trying to fatten me up with TZ and banku)
• Chocolate-covered Digestive cookies
• Running pipe water
• The way guinea fowls fluff their feathers in the rain
• Cheese
• Savanna Dry ciders
• Refrigeration
• Being able to watch dawn while jogging in the morning
• Love and support from people back home
